Humble Bundle: Dark Visual Novels: 9 Games From $12 (Ends Oct 30)
Humble just launched Twisted Trilogies and Terrors: Dark Visual Novels: nine Steam games, starting at $12. It runs until midnight ET on the night of Friday, October 30, and part of every purchase goes to the Movember Foundation.
The headliners are the three Spirit Hunter games at the top tier and the Class of ’09 trilogy at the bottom. These are mature horror stories, so this one is for adults.
$12 to start · everything for $20 · ends Fri, Oct 30 at midnight ET · supports the Movember Foundation
What’s in the Bundle
Tiers stack: paying for a higher tier gets you everything below it too. All games come as Steam keys.
- $12: Class of ’09, Class of ’09: The Re-up, Class of ’09: The Flip Side
- $15 adds: The Letter – Horror Visual Novel, ABYSS OF THE SACRIFICE, Corpse Factory
- $20 adds: Spirit Hunter: Death Mark, Spirit Hunter: Death Mark II, Spirit Hunter: NG
Standouts
Spirit Hunter: Death Mark II is Very Positive on Steam (97% of about 180 reviews) and Spirit Hunter: NG is Very Positive too (91%). Class of ’09, the first game in the $12 trilogy, is Very Positive from more than 9,000 reviews (95%). Steam lists Death Mark II and NG at $49.99 each at time of posting, so the $20 tier is a big discount on those two alone.
Gary’s Call
Gary’s call: go straight to $20 if you like horror visual novels, since the three Spirit Hunter games are the reason to buy and they’re only on the top tier. If you just want to try the genre cheaply, the $12 Class of ’09 trilogy is the best-reviewed starter. These games are text-heavy and dark, so skip it if you want something light.
