Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: September 27, 2026

LoreGoblins is free to read. To pay for it, we earn money from affiliate links. This page explains what that means for you.

How affiliate links work

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and then buy something, the store may pay LoreGoblins a commission. You pay the same price you would pay if you went to the store directly; the commission comes out of the store’s side, not yours.

We earn commissions for purchases made through links in our posts. Posts that contain affiliate links include a short disclosure near the top of the post, before the first link.

Commissions don’t decide what we cover

Commissions never decide what makes the board. We choose deals, products and gifts based on value and relevance to our readers, and we include items from stores that do not pay us when they are the better pick. No store or brand pays to be included in our editorial posts or to receive a positive mention. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labeled as sponsored.

Programs we participate in

LoreGoblins participates in affiliate programs including:

  • Amazon Associates
  • Humble Bundle
  • Fanatical
  • Green Man Gaming
  • GOG
  • G2A
  • Etsy

We may join other programs over time, and this list may not name every program we use.

Amazon Associates

As an Amazon Associate, LoreGoblins earns from qualifying purchases.

Key marketplaces

Some stores we link to, such as G2A, Eneba and Kinguin, are marketplaces where independent third-party sellers list game keys. On a marketplace, you are buying from that seller, not from the marketplace itself or from the game’s publisher. Seller ratings, refund terms and buyer protection options vary, and some marketplaces offer optional paid protection. Check the seller and the marketplace’s terms before you buy. When a deal is on a marketplace, we say so in the post.

Prices change

Prices, discounts and availability are accurate to the best of our knowledge when a post is published or updated, but stores change them often and without notice. Always check the final price and terms on the store’s website before you buy. The price shown at checkout is the one that applies.

Advertising

We also plan to show display ads through WordAds (the WordPress.com ad program) and possibly Google AdSense later. No ads run on the site today. Ads are served by third parties and are separate from our editorial content. See our Privacy Policy for how ad cookies work and how to opt out of personalized ads.
