Humble Bundle: Hamble’s Fright or Fight: 8 Games From $6 (Ends Nov 5)

Humble just launched Hamble’s Fright or Fight Halloween Bundle: eight horror games on Steam, starting at $6. It runs until midnight ET going into Thursday, November 5, and part of every purchase goes to Whale and Dolphin Conservation.

The $6 tier gets you five games, including DEVOUR and Observer: System Redux. The $12 tier adds The Medium, Layers of Fear and I Hate This Place. At Steam’s current prices the full set lists for about $200.

The Scroll in Brief

  • $6 gets 5 games; $12 gets all 8. Steam keys, and the bundle ends at midnight ET into Thu, Nov 5.
  • Standouts: DEVOUR (Very Positive, 90% of about 88,400), The Medium and Observer: System Redux.
  • Blair Witch is the weakest-reviewed of the standouts (Mostly Positive), but it is in the $6 tier.
  • Part of every purchase supports Whale and Dolphin Conservation.

What’s in the Bundle

Tiers stack: paying for the higher tier gets you everything in the lower one too. All games come as Steam keys.

  • $6: Blair Witch, Observer: System Redux, DEVOUR, Tales from Candleforth, Below, Rusted Gods
  • $12 adds: The Medium, Layers of Fear, I Hate This Place

Standouts

We picked four games we could verify on Steam. Steam prices and reviews are as of October 14, 2026, at time of posting.

DEVOUR ($6 tier)

DEVOUR is a co-op survival horror game that you can play with friends. It is the best-reviewed game in the bundle by a wide margin, and a natural pick for a Halloween game night.

Best for: Friend groups who want a scary co-op night.

Gary’s take: Get the bundle. DEVOUR is $9.99 on Steam today and sits at Very Positive (90% of about 88,400 reviews) at time of posting, so the $6 tier already covers it and four more games.

Observer: System Redux ($6 tier)

Observer: System Redux is a single-player cyberpunk horror game from Bloober Team. It is a story-first game rather than an action game.

Best for: Solo players who like atmospheric sci-fi horror.

Gary’s take: Get the bundle. Steam lists it at $29.99 and reviews are Very Positive (85% of about 3,050) at time of posting, so it alone is worth more than the $6 tier.

Blair Witch ($6 tier)

Blair Witch is a single-player first-person psychological horror game, also from Bloober Team. It is the most divisive pick here, but it costs you nothing extra at the $6 tier.

Best for: Horror fans who want a slower, story-driven scare.

Gary’s take: Fine as a bonus, not the reason to buy. Steam lists it at $29.99 and reviews are Mostly Positive (79% of about 8,290) at time of posting.

The Medium ($12 tier)

The Medium is a single-player psychological horror game from Bloober Team. It is the priciest game in the bundle on Steam, and it only comes with the $12 tier.

Best for: Story-driven horror fans who want the bundle’s headline game.

Gary’s take: Step up to $12 for this one. Steam lists it at $49.99 and reviews are Very Positive (89% of about 10,400) at time of posting, which alone is far above the $12 price.

Gary’s Call

Buy the $6 tier if DEVOUR or Observer: System Redux sounds fun: either one is worth more than that on Steam alone. Step up to $12 if you want The Medium, which is the best value jump in the bundle. Layers of Fear and I Hate This Place are Mostly Positive on Steam, so treat them as extras rather than the reason to buy.
